Injury Updates & More From Trenton
Tuesday, 10.11.2011 / 3:50 PM ET
The Maple Leafs hit the ice in Trenton for the second straight day on Tuesday.
After missing Monday's session, Clarke MacArthur returned to his regular spot on a line with Mikhail Grabovski and Nikolai Kulemin. MacArthur should be in the lineup on Saturday when the Leafs host the Calgary Flames.
Another player who could make his season (and Leafs) debut is defenceman Cody Franson. He has been a healthy scratch for the first two games of the 2011-12 season.
Forward Nazem Kadri continues to work his way back from a knee strain. He would most likely have to spend some time with the Toronto Marlies to get his conditioning back to where it was prior to his injury.
The news for Tim Connolly wasn't as encouraging as the forward skated for just 15 minutes before having to leave the ice. His status remains day-to-day.
Following practice on Tuesday, the team would be taking part in team building exercises before practicing for the last time in Trenton Wednesday. The team has a golf outing scheduled for Wednesday.
After Monday's practice, the team took flight on a C-17 military transport. Leafs defenceman John-Michael Liles sent out a few tweet pics as the team was on the plane including this one. Take a look at all the photos from Trenton
