Leafs TV Show Summaries
With fans of the Maple Leafs coming in all ages and backgrounds, and with widespread interest in the Leafs, LEAFS TV will offer a little bit of everything for the fan.

The following are short synopses of the shows that are broadcast on LEAFS TV.

MOLSON CANADIAN MAPLE LEAF CLASSICS AND SUNDAY NIGHT CLASSICS
This three-hour anchor show provides Leaf fans an alternate to conventional viewing, as a game from Maple Leaf history is viewed and analyzed. Primary viewing will be Sunday night, with three alternate presentations over a 24-hour period. As well, there is a second classic game aired during the week.

LEAFS TODAY -- GAME DAY
Leafs TV covers the practices of the team on a daily basis. Each practice will actually serve more as a back-drop to a daily talk show involving players, coaches and members of the media. On gamedays, the program airs live, while on non-game days, the show will run on a tape-delayed basis.

GAME FACE -- AFTER THE HORN
Before and after every Maple Leafs game these hour-long shows provide exclusive in depth discussion, analysis and highlights of the Blue and White. Included in the programming are statistical updates, game summaries and press conferences.

GAME IN AN HOUR
Ninety minutes after every Maple Leafs game, Leafs TV presents a one-hour capsule of the game. All the action of a 60-minute hockey game without the stoppages, intermissions or distractions. Wall to wall action.

ONCE A LEAF
A 30 minute show that showcases former Leaf players in their own environment. Focus is on the memories that made playing for the Blue and White unforgettable and how playing the game affected their lives.

HEARTBEAT
A weekly show that takes a look at the community involvement of the Toronto Maple Leaf hockey club and players, drawing viewers into events with behind the scenes exclusive coverage. It examines the planning and execution of charity and social events, with strong emphasis on the charities and their causes.

RIVALS -- BLUE & WHITE WEEK
These bookend shows preview the team, the schedule and the competition. A concentrated effort to update and analyze the teams in the Northeast is a focal point of Rivals. Meanwhile, Blue and White week focuses on the team's performance with highlights, interviews and a strong statistical accent.

LEAFS INSIDER
A weekly magazine show based thematically on the current Maple Leaf game program. Hosted by Paul Hendrick, this show places strong emphasis on the players and features in the program.

LEGENDS OF HOCKEY: A PERSONAL JOURNEY
From the producers of Legends of Hockey, JOURNEY is a 26 episode series looking at the lives of hockey's greatest personalities. The show reveals the many untold stories of the greatest players the game has ever seen. Dryden, Hull, Howe, Esposito, Gainey and Gretzky provide new and fascinating perspectives on their lives and their love for the game.

LEGENDS OF HOCKEY: LEAFS UN-CUT
This series tells the story of 25 Leaf greats as they recall their memories and pastimes in the NHL. Some of the greats include Red Kelly, Darryl Sittler, Lanny McDonald, Ted Kennedy, King Clancy, Conn Smythe, Dave Keon, Norm Ullman and Terry Sawchuk.

FANCAM
Showcases the fans in a "speakers' corner" format that gives the loyal Blue and White fans a chance to vent, rave and cheer about the team, the players, and the game.

THE REPORTERS
A weekly roundtable discussion on the Maple Leafs, the NHL and the rest of the World of Hockey. The two-hour show is the cornerstone of the Sunday programming wheel.

RINK RAT TV
This half-hour Ontario Minor Hockey Association magazine show travels throughout the province promoting the game of hockey with skills, trivia, player features and interviews, providing a glimpse of youth who may become tomorrow's Maple Leafs.

Centresports
A weekly guide to the world of Toronto Maple Leaf merchandise. This half-hour program is Leafs TV's answer to the Home Shopping Network for fans who can't get enough of the latest Leafs merchandise and collectibles.
