(July 7, 2004) -- The Toronto Maple Leafs announced Wednesday the group of 19 players that will participate in the Maple Leafs strength and conditioning mini-camp this weekend. The group of three goaltenders, eight defencemen and eight forwards will congregate in Toronto Thursday, July 8 to prepare for three days of testing and workouts at York University and Reebok Station Seven fitness club.
Paul Dennis, Maple Leafs development coach and Matt Nichol, strength and conditioning coach, will oversee theory and practical exercises, track and group workouts, as well as one-on-one meetings. The following players will participate:
