Kubina Injury Update

Toronto Maple Leafs

(October 10, 2006) -- The Toronto Maple Leafs announced Tuesday evening that defenceman Pavel Kubina sustained a knee ligament strain during the third period of last night's game against the Florida Panthers.

No surgery is required and Kubina is expected to be out of the Maple Leafs' lineup for an indefinite period.
