Saturday night's Original Six affair turned into a goalie dual between Jonas Gustavsson and Tuukka Rask. Both goalies were sensational but it was the Bruins that got the break in overtime.

Off a face-off, Zdeno Chara's wrist shot was tipped in by Miro Satan for the game winner. The re-direction fooled Gustavsson who had no chance as the Bruins escaped Toronto with the much needed two points.

6 Points on the year for Colton Orr which is a career high.
0 Goals for Phil Kessel against the Bruins this season.
32:53 Ice-time for Zdeno Chara which was a game high.
4 Wins for Tuukka Rask against the Leafs.
25:02 Ice-time for Luke Schenn which was a season high.

Jonas Gustavsson continues to shine despite having lost consecutive overtime games for the first time since January 23rd & 29th. If it wasn't for the rookie netminder, the game could've been over before overtime.

Gustavsson made several huge pad saves as he stopped Mark Recchi, David Krejci and Milan Lucic in the third period with the game tied 1-1. Although the Bruins played a conservative game, they fired 30 shots and many of those chances were great scoring opportunities.

Colton Orr had an effective game for the Leafs. Although he didn't drop the gloves, Orr did score his fourth goal of the year and he was a thorn in the Bruins' side all game long.

Orr has a presence on the ice and the fans aren't the only ones to know it. The players on other teams know that Orr will finish his checks, and that is what he did Saturday. His hard work and going to the net paid off when he put home his goal in the first period.

When the Leafs and Bruins meet you are pretty much guaranteed to see overtime and maybe even the shootout. For the third straight game, the Leafs and Bruins went to overtime. The Leafs won on March 9th while the Bruins won on March 4th (shootout) and Saturday (OT).

The Bruins have played 25 overtime games this season while the Leafs have played in 22. It is familiar territory for the Bruins who are now 4-3 in overtime and the Leafs are 4-10 in overtime.

Ron Wilson on what Colton Orr has provided the Leafs in 2009-10:

"The most goals he's ever scored before is two and I think he's doubled his career this season with us in terms of goals. He's been involved in more fights and has more penalty minutes. He's done everything that we brought him here to do. He provides that physical element and gives a lot of guys confidence and he's great on the bench and in the room."

Tuesday April 6 vs. Philadelphia

Game Notes:
The Leafs play their final home game of 2009-10 against a Flyer team that is staggering towards the finish line.

The Flyers have four games remaining including a back-to-back to close out the season against the New York Rangers who have the same number of points.
