Okay, that was a letdown.
The Edmonton Oilers ended any suspense over who would be the first overall draft choice when they chose the Taylor Hall.

Tyler Sequin went second overall to the Boston Bruins, using the pick acquired from the Maple Leafs in the Phil Kessel deal. The Bruins also own the Leafs second round choice.
For Leaf fans, there was little to like. The club did not make a deal to send defenceman Tomas Kaberle in exchange for a forward.
For Leaf fans, the hope is there will be more in Day 2.
The Leafs have six choices, beginning with the 62nd pick or number two in the third round. The live chat begins at 12:30.
