Leafs Sign John Mitchell

The Maple Leafs announced that they have re-signed forward John Mitchell to a one-year contract.

The 25 year-old have six goals and 17 assists in 60 games last season.

It was Mitchell's second NHL season and he has recorded 18 goals and 23 points in 136 career games.

Mitchell was selected in the fifth round of the 2003 Entry Draft.
