The line of Mikhail Grabovski, Nikolai Kulemin and Clarke MacArthur was unstoppable against Atlanta on Friday.

The trio combined for 10 points. Kulemin recorded a career-high four points (two goals, two assists) with MacArthur and Grabovski each scoring twice with one assist. Grabovski has now picked up 16 points in 14 games. It was the first time this season that Grabovski has had a multi-goal game and he is tied for the team lead with 17 goals.

As goes Tomas Kaberle, so goes the Maple Leafs power play. Against the Thrashers, he had a big night picking up four assists all with the man advantage. The four assists tied his career high.

With the four assists, Kaberle has 27 on the season to lead the team and also puts him in fourth among NHL defencemen. Kaberle has enjoyed great success when he plays the Thrashers in his career. He has picked up 35 points in 40 career games.

Where to begin? The Leafs' second-period explosion included six goals in just 7:43 and Kaberle picked up three assists in 1:49.

The five power-play goals that they had also are the most by any team in the league this season. Another interesting power-play stat, coming into the game, the Leafs had seven power-play goals on the road but they scored five against the Thrashers.

Ron Wilson on Mikhail Grabovski and his big night with Nikolai Kulemin and Clarke MacArthur:

"He's been playing great almost all season long. The puck's going in now. But you have to credit him. He's the guy that stays out after practice and works relentelessly at working on his shot. He's got great chemistry obviously with his two linemates. They find each other; they're around the puck and tonight it was fun to watch those guys produce."

Game Notes:
After a terrific start to the season, the Kings have fallen back down the Western Conference standings.

Despite losing five straight games heading into their home game Saturday against Columbus, the Kings are one point out of eighth place. Anze Kopitar leads the team in scoring with 44 points in 40 games.
